As part of the development of a 102 room hotel, Ourevolution engineers provided energy efficiency design review, project alternatives and economic analyses, design, inspection and commissioning of energy efficiency improvements. The final project work in included the design, construction oversight and commissioning of a state of the art, cascading, on-demand water heating array.

This system modulates from 11,000 BTU/hour to nearly 2,000,000 BTU/hour and provides all hot water to the guest rooms and has been providing consistent reliable service for over two years. According to the water heater manufacturer, this system is one of the first of its kind in the hospitality industry. OE is proud to be on the cutting edge of this technology transition.
